Returns & Exchanges

We want you in the right size and happy with what you're wearing. Here's how returns and exchanges work at YORO Athletes.

Return & Exchange Window

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition for Eligibility

To be eligible, an item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
In its original packaging with all tags attached
Free of odors, makeup, deodorant, or perfume marks

Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back to you and won't be refunded or exchanged.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, Briefs/underwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened, unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at yoroathletes@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a Bosta pickup from your address.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange.

Shipping Costs

The customer covers the return/exchange shipping cost (Bosta pickup fee), except in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items — those are on us.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges (Size Swaps)

Need a different size? Request an exchange within the 14-day window. Once we receive your original item in eligible condition, we'll ship the new size — subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we'll offer a refund instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund — no cost to you.
